She is considered one of the world's greatest chefs, and is one of the few women to have earned three Michelin stars. Her flagship restaurant is Maison Pic in Valence, France; she also runs André (Valence), a bistro named after her grandfather; and restaurants in Paris (one star), London (two stars), Lausanne (two stars) and Singapore. Maison Pic was previously run by her father, Jacques Pic, and grandfather, André Pic; her great-grandmother Sophie opened the restaurant in 1889.
