Ken Appledorn is an award-winning actor and presenter who has built his career in Spain, working across Spanish, European and international film and television. Fully bilingual, he performs natively in both English and Castilian Spanish and holds dual nationality.
His acting credits include Woody Allen’s Rifkin’s Festival, Paco León’s acclaimed series Arde Madrid, Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia’s The Platform 2, and the cult web series Malviviendo. He received the Best Supporting Actor award at the Málaga Film Festival for his performance in Casting.
His recent work includes the Disney+ historical drama La increíble historia de Julia Pastrana, Charlotte Colbert’s feature film Becoming Capa, and the Movistar Plus+ thriller El Centro. He is also the presenter of Cervantes en el mundo, an eight-episode international cultural series for Spain’s national broadcaster RTVE, produced by Secuoya Studios in collaboration with the Instituto Cervantes.
