Biography

Mia Austen is a British actress known for her work across television, film, and stage.

She will be playing Sybil Fawlty in John Cleeses West End production of Fawlty Towers in 2025.

Austen has appeared in various TV series and films. Notable roles include PC Helen Long in Save Me (2018), Dolly in Summer in February (2013), and Jane in the 2024 series Ludwig. She has also featured as Kelly Lane and Sharon Marshall in episodes of Doctors (2016-2024), Call the Midwife (2014), and Coconut (2017). Her film credits include Just Ate (2012), Dead Cool (2017), and Molly Moon and the Incredible Book of Hypnotism (2015).

Trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, Austen has an extensive stage background.
