Sherman Brown was born in Louisville, KY, raised in the Germantown neighborhood. Sherman started in the film industry as a screenwriter and actor. He formed Knight Shamrock Productions along with Jared Smith. He is an executive producer on "A Violent Separation" and "La Restauracion." Sherman has a Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University, and a Master's in Public Administration from Western Kentucky University.
