Biography

Mattson Tomlin was born in Bucharest, Romania. Mattson is a writer and director, known for Mother/Android (2021), Little Fish (2020) and Terminator Zero (2024).

Has expressed interest in writing a Spider-Man 4 with Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire both returning.

He co-wrote the script for The Batman (2022), along with Matt Reeves. However Tomlin was ultimately not credited for his contributions on the film, as Reeves wrote the final drafts alongside Peter Craig. Despite being uncredited for his work, Tomlin returned with Reeves to write the sequel The Batman: Part II (2028).
