- Arsalan Asli is an Iranian-born Independent Film & TV Manager/Producer based in Los Angeles. Arsalan is in Post on award-winning filmmaker Carolina Costa’s The Feels for Netflix + NALIP and in early pre-pro on Venice-winner David Pablos’ The White Rose, based on Oscar-winning author B. Traven’s iconic novel. He is developing active projects with Oscar, BAFTA and Emmy winners + noms. Arsalan recently produced Jasmin Mozaffari’s Motherland with Arian Moayed, which premiered in competition at TIFF, won the Grand Jury Prize and two Canadian Oscars, and landed on Variety and THR’s FYC shortlists, as well as Costa’s Ecstasy, which premiered at Tribeca and screened at Palm Springs and MoMA. Arsalan also leads and manages Noir Caesar Entertainment's Film & TV slate, an award winning media company founded by NBA star Johnny O'Bryant, specializing in global elevated genre adult animation + live action that have multiple original and major IP projects set up with major studios and streamers.
