DK was born in South Texas, raised in Anchorage, Alaska and trained in Los Angeles, California. He is a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage Journalism program, the New York Film Academy's MFA Film program, and has written, directed and produced multiple award winning screenplays and short films. DK works as a Producer and Assistant Director, and is a member of the DGA. His reputation and experience affords him the ability to build solid project management teams, and promote positive, and safe, work environments.
