With a career built from the ground up, Benjamin M. Bailey brings a comprehensive, full-lifecycle understanding of filmmaking to every project. While widely recognized as an accomplished colorist, Ben spent years mastering the physical and technical nuances of production and post-production, working extensively as a camera operator, Digital Imaging Technician (DIT), dailies operator, and assistant editor. This deep, technical foundation was instrumental during work on major feature films like "American Underdog" and the smash-hit "I Can Only Imagine".
Leveraging this diverse hands-on experience, Ben later transitioned into executive leadership, serving as the Executive Vice President of Studio Operations at Kingdom Story Company. In this executive role, he spearheaded the complex post-production pipelines and technical workflows for major theatrical releases, including "Jesus Revolution", "Sarah's Oil", and "I Can Only Imagine 2". Whether crafting a film's final look in the grading suite or managing massive studio operations, Ben remains dedicated to bridging the gap between artistic vision and efficient workflow execution.
