Junko Maru was born on January 24, 1976 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. She is an actress and legal representative, known for Kataomoi (2023), The Lover of My Ex (2016) and Love Circumstances for Adults (2016).

In 2001, she became an actress after releasing a hair nude photo book.

In the late 1990s, she appeared on news programs as a reporter.

She graduated from Tokyo Actors Studio.
