Tom Lawlor had a successful decade in Mixed Martial Arts competition. After a 10-6 record in the sport, and four UFC bonuses, Lawlor has ventured into professional wrestling, notably competing in the independent scene as well as for MLW. He has also hosted and appeared on various podcasts covering MMA and wrestling.
