She was one of the awarded dubbing actresses, winning the Literary Fund's Lifetime Achievement Award for her theater, radio and dubbing work.

Her first place of work was the Jonas Záborský Theatre in Presov (1980 - 1984), from 1984 to 1995 she was a member of the Kosice State Theatre and also played at the Andrej Bagar Theatre in Nitra (1995 - 1997).

She graduated from the Trebisov Gymnasium, a former member of an amateur ensemble, and in 1980 she graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts (VSMU) in Bratislava with a degree in acting.

In 1981, Radeva married Bulgarian visual artist Miroslav Radev.

In 2004, Radeva was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Her treatment was successful and she achieved full recovery.

Tána Radeva was a Slovak actress. After ending her active stage acting career, she started teaching acting at a Conservatory in Kosice.

As a television actress, Radeva debuted in the fairy tale Tlstibáb (1977).
