Frederick P. N. Howard is a producer and industry strategist with over a decade of experience driving growth, innovation, and cross-border collaboration in the European audiovisual sector. As CEO of Storm Films, he has led the company through a transformative journey-positioning it as one of Norway's most commercially successful and creatively ambitious production houses. Under his leadership, Storm has developed and delivered major projects in partnership with global players including Netflix, Disney, and Nordisk Film, and currently manages a production pipeline valued at over EUR25 million across multiple European territories.

Known for a strong market-oriented approach, Howard consistently champions content with both cultural depth and international appeal. His portfolio spans feature films, drama series, games, and documentaries, with a strategic emphasis on formats that travel and IPs with long-term value. While rooted in the Nordic tradition of public funding, his work is shaped by a commercial sensibility that embraces international co-production, multi-platform storytelling, and innovative financing models.

He also brings deep expertise in visual effects and digital production through his board role at Storm Studios, one of the fastest-growing VFX companies in Northern Europe.
