Jay Devore is a New York-based writer, director, and actor. He has appeared in numerous film and television productions, including The Blacklist (2013), 11:55 (2016), Born Guilty (2017), and Drunk Bus (2020). As a director, his short film Ecstasy marked his debut behind the camera.
Jay has been sober since 2007. That experience has shaped his work as a storyteller and led him to produce and co-host The Zac Clark Show, a podcast exploring addiction, recovery, and pop culture with reality television personality and recovery advocate Zac Clark.
In 2025, Jay went into development of his debut feature film, brink, which he wrote and will direct. A marriage thriller where the horror is identity collapse, the film explores how ambition, love, and identity collide inside a marriage when the American dream quietly begins to rot.
