I spent a tad over 23 years working in Hotels and Restaurants. Writing menus, operating the businesses, raising the bar on service standards - I was a fixer who loves food. I love to make it, eat it and share it. I work hard to bring a fresh approach to my craft, where the "service" in my title is always the focus of my day. Taking care of people is what I do - Craft Service, is how I do it. My credits include Major Motion Pictures, Television Series and National Commercials. Also have been known to work a photo shoot or two, and double as the crew caterer for some smaller jobs. Call me - let's talk about your needs!
