- Mutsumi Tamura was born on June 19, 1987 in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. She is an actress, known for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (2005), Darling in the Franxx (2018) and Sand Land (2023).

- In August 2014, she took a month off from voice acting. The reason was to have a polyp removed from her throat. The polyp itself had been there since 2012, and since it was in the high-pitched range, it made it difficult for her to sing high notes and her voice was hoarse.
