- Abdelwahab Meddeb was born on January 17, 1946 in Tunis, French Protectorate Tunisia. He was an actor and writer, known for The Film to Come (1997), Wind Water (1995) and Miroirs de Tunis (1993). He died on November 6, 2014 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France.
