Stelios Parliaros
Stelios Parliaros was born in Istanbul. After finishing high school,
he came to Athens to study. He
studied in Paris in the Ecole Le Notre, the school's pastry Escoffier
Hotel Ritz, in Lyon at the school Valrhona and finally the famous
Fauchon. In 1982, he created the chain store 'Fresh' and changed the course of
confectionery in Greece. In October 2004, he ceased
cooperation with "Fresh". He teaches the secrets of his technique in
seminars and frequently appears on television.
