Biography

In carrying on his family's tradition of serving in the military as generations before him had done, David Reaves enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at 19 years old. He received an Honorable discharge at the rank of E4 Corporal upon completing a successful four year enlistment. His over seas tours were centered in Okinawa, Iwakuni Japan, and South Korea.

Earned an Associate of Arts degree (AA) in Liberal Arts while playing football at Saddleback Community College in Mission Viejo, California.

Dave Reaves is the youngest of 7 siblings all born in the Black Hills of South Dakota. His 3 brothers, 3 sisters, and he were all born within 7 years. At the age of 5 his family migrated to Fort Myers, Florida. After residing there for 4 years, they moved on to settle permanently in a rural area of central Illinois.
