Biography

Paul Jeffrey Vandervort (born in Aspen, Colorado) is an American businessman, real estate broker, and former actor, film producer, and model. He began his career in modeling, including a national campaign for Abercrombie & Fitch, before relocating to Los Angeles in 2008 to pursue film and television. Vandervort appeared as a series regular on Oxygen’s The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency and later guest-starred on Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana, Nickelodeon’s iCarly, and NBC’s Parenthood, among other projects.

In 2015, he took on his first leading role in the independent feature Limelight (2017), portraying a social media influencer navigating fame and identity in the digital age. In addition to acting, he wrote and produced independent projects, developing a strong interest in the business, financing, and strategic development of media ventures.

In recent years, Vandervort has focused on real estate and investment, applying a disciplined, analytical approach to brokerage, deal structuring, and asset strategy.
