Biography

Maria Grazia Di Meo is a Norwegian actress trained at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHIO). She has appeared in acclaimed films such as The Worst Person in the World (2021) and Gritt (2021).

She has also played leading roles in independent films, including Invitation to Self-Examination and Du, as well as numerous short films. With training in a wide range of acting techniques-Michael Chekhov, Meisner, Interaction Technique, and Chubbuck-combined with an extensive background in dance, Maria Grazia brings both emotional depth and physical presence to the screen.

She is recognized for her intuitive, empathetic, and grounded presence, and continues to seek out complex and transformative characters in both Norwegian and international cinema.
