Biography

Amy Walker is an actress, singer/songwriter, producer, and writer, whose internationally acclaimed work has been featured on TEDx, the Today Show, NPR, Inside Edition, and more. She is most known for her chameleon-like ability to instantly switch between authentic characters, accents and singing styles.

Her passion is empowerment ~ whether performing or creating content that entertains and inspires positive change. Her online videos have garnered over 40 million views on YouTube Channel and beyond, from the viral "21 Accents", to beloved characters, songs, and inspirational insights. She toured internationally with her one-woman show, Amy Walker: Inside Out, playing to standing ovations in London, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sydney, Melbourne, and beyond.

Walker was invited by Jack White to record the record "A Discourse On Accents" at Third Man Records in Nashville, which featured 30 different covers of Amy. A track from her spoken word record was selected by Charles Anderson, artistic director of Company C Ballet in San Francisco, who invited Walker to perform the piece live while his company danced to her mercurial accents by switching dance styles. The piece was picked up and they were invited to performed it at the famous Joyce theatre in NYC.

In 2017, she co-produced "Group-Ease" with YouTube and Elizabeth Banks' comedy company WhoHaha, as part of YouTube's international Women In Comedy program. She also co-wrote it and starred as 3 characters, including 2 of her famed YouTube characters "Janae" and "Eunice", and introducing "Skyler", a barista/artist with a passion for passion.

While in Germany filming at a castle for a recurring character under NDA, Amy recorded 12 original songs with music producer Doron Sayar, to be mixed and mastered in 2019 by her boyfriend, composer/producer/musician Nipun Nair. The duo have also written 2 pop songs, including "I Got You" premiering in Vegas in January 2019.

Walker is also Founder/CEO of 21 Accents, where she coaches on occasion and trains coaches in the uniquely effective techniques she developed for teaching accents, singing and acting.

On December 12th, 2020, Walker married Musician of Groove Martini, Nipun Nair in Los Angeles, California. Walker and Nair are co-founders of Soulfire Creations, a Production and Post-production Company, based out of Los Angeles. Walker and Nair got engaged on August 13th, 2020 at Yosemite National Park in Los Angeles, California.
