Biography

Born in western Massachusetts, Bert Mayer attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Video. As a member of IATSE 481, he works in the Grip and Electric departments. He is one of the founding members of Shitty Rigs, a social media collective showcasing the creative production solutions of filmmakers from around the world, and a host of the Wrap Drinks Podcast.
