Retired American professional wrestler from Mount Holly, New Jersey, known for his work in a variety of independent promotions in the 1990s and early 2000s as Reckless Youth. Debuted in 1995 as Silver Wings, changing to Reckless Youth in December. He competed heavily in Pennsylvania Championship Wrestling, IWA Mid-South, Great Lakes Wrestling, Jersey Championship Wrestling, Maryland Championship Wrestling, the East Coast Wrestling Association, CZW and many other promotions. He was one of the founding fathers of CHIKARA as a member of the Black T-Shirt Squad with Mike Quackenbush (Mike Spillane) and Don Montoya). He also was a trainer, working with, among others, UltraMantis Black, Trent Acid (Michael Verdi), Icarus (Ronald Grams), Hallowicked, DJ Skittlez, Gran Akuma (Edward Jones), Bryce Remsburg, Mister ZERO (Bradley Fry), Dragonfly and others. Among his in-ring achievements, he is a former 2x NWA North American Heavyweight Champion, a former IWA Mid-South Light Heavyweight Champion, a former ECWA Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion, a former JAPW New Jersey State Champion, was inducted into the ECWA Hall of Fame in 2001, and was the last ever GLW Heavyweight Champion, defeating Don Montoya to win the title in the very last match of the promotion's last ever show on January 17, 1997. He retired in 2007 to become an accountant.

Retired American professional wrestler known for his time in CHIKARA. Debuted with Lester Crabtree as the Senior Assault Team in a loss to the debuting Wild Cards ("The King of Diamonds" Eddie Kingston (Edward Moore) and "Black" Jack Marciano) at CHIKARA's October 12, 2002 show. Like his teammate, his gimmick was of a very old man and he was a pure comedy character. Unlike Crabtree, who lasted into 2013, Snodgrass only made a handful of appearances, making his last one in the Double Jeopardy Battle Royal at "CHIKARA Aniversario 3: Dodging the Sophomore Jinx" on May 22, 2004.

In the late 1990s, he was considered the standard bearer for independent wrestling. "Pro Wrestling Illustrated" editor Bill Apter named Reckless Youth "one of the most recognizable independent stars" in the U.S. in January 1998.

He is not included on the "Past Stars of CHIKARA" page on CHIKARA Pro's website despite his importance in the founding of the promotion.

Used Unsane's "Can't See" and "Humadifier" as entrance themes in Ring of Honor while competing as "Technician" Tom Carter in 2003.
