Biography

Cristina Figarola is a bilingual storyteller, journalist, producer, and on-camera host with more than 30 years of experience in television, film, and media. A Cuban-American born in New York and based in Miami, she has built a career connecting audiences through authentic, culturally resonant storytelling.

Cristina holds degrees in Finance, Business Administration, and Journalism from Florida International University. Her career spans more than 55 television and film, over 200 national/local commercials and radio campaigns, and a contributor for NBC 6/Telemundo 51.

She currently serves as a host and producer for NBC 6’s South Florida Live and Telemundo 51’s Acceso Total, as well as keynote speaker and producer for live conferences and events. As owner and executive producer of Live, Love Cris LLC, Cristina develops and produces original content that celebrates community, culture, and the power of human connection. Executive producer of "Mariposa", currently in pre-production.
