- Jan Antonín Pacák was born on April 26, 1941 in Prague, Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia [now Prague, Czech Republic]. He was an actor, known for Cesta hlubokým lesem (1964), Sestapadesát neomluvených hodin (1977) and Flám (1966). He died on March 23, 2007 in Mechenice, Czech Republic.
