Hank Bauer was born on July 15, 1954 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, USA.

Rushed for three TDs on four carries against New Orleans, but gained just one net yard - a "record" which still stands. (9 December 1979).

1977 free agent signing by the San Diego Chargers out of California Lutheran (Thousand Oaks, CA). Forced to retire in 1983 due to a broken neck.
