Emily Skyle

Emily Skyle-Golden is an award-winning writer, director, and producer whose projects have appeared on HBO, Disney+, and Hallmark, among others. She founded the Cordillera International Film Festival - named one of MovieMaker Magazine’s Top 25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World for two years in a row - as well as the Film Northern Nevada Initiative, which brings film and television production to the region for studios including Paramount+, Lionsgate, Warner Bros., and more. Through her nonprofit, the Future Filmmakers Foundation, she mentors underserved youth through real-world filmmaking experiences on the very sets these organizations help bring to Northern Nevada.
