Meghan McCain was born on October 23, 1984 in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. She is a producer and writer, known for Moms (2017), Meghan McCain Has Entered the Chat (2023) and The Stand In (2020). She has been married to Benjamin Domenech since November 21, 2017. They have three children.

Though she is a longtime registered Republican, she voted for Democrat John Kerry in her first presidential election in 2004, saying that she could not bring herself to vote for George W. Bush, as four years earlier during the Republican presidential primaries, when her father was a leading candidate, operatives linked to the Bush campaign spread rumors about her family such as claiming her mother Cindy was a drug addict and her younger sister Bridget, who was adopted from Bangladesh, was her father's illegitimate child.
Became the 21st host on The View (1997) right around the time the show turned twenty one. She had initially turned down the job offer until her dad Senator John McCain convinced her to change her mind.
