- Katie Uhlmann is an actor, director, writer, and the CEO of the production company, Katie Chats Inc. She is also the current President of the national organization WebSeries Canada.
Uhlmann won two Canadian Screen Awards at the 2026 Scripted Television Awards for the series "Cows Come Home." Uhlmann took home Best Direction, Web Program or Series and Best Web Program or Series, Fiction. She was additionally nominated for Best Writing, Webseries of Series (Scripted) shared with co-creator Lindsey Middleton.
Uhlmann is one of Telefilm’s 2026 "Producers to Watch" and recently represented Canada at Series Mania in Lille, France. Katie is an alumnae of the CBS directors program 2023 at the Law and Order Studios in New York on the series "FBI: Most Wanted".
