Cody Lee Saintgnue is an actor and producer with over 15 years in the entertainment industry, with additional work spanning music, fashion, and design.
Born in Dayton, Ohio, Cody comes from humble beginnings that continue to shape both his work and perspective. After entering the foster care system at the age of nine and being adopted at twelve, he found acting and theater as a powerful outlet for expression and stability. What began as a means of coping quickly evolved into a clear sense of purpose. Early success in print modeling led him to a Texas Model and Talent Expo presented by Mike Beaty, where he won as a newcomer and landed the cover of the showcase magazine, marking the beginning of his professional career.
After relocating to Los Angeles at 14 to pursue acting, Cody began building his career with early television appearances as a recurring character on Southland, House M.D., and Criminal Minds. He made his feature film debut in All Cheerleaders Die and appeared in Preservation. He is widely recognized for his role as Brett Talbot on MTV’s hit series Teen Wolf, and as Adam Kenway on Amazon’s Emmy Award-winning series The Bay, earning him an international audience. He will next star in the feature Sicklerville, where he leads the film as Eric, with production set to begin in 2026.
In 2020, Cody expanded into producing, serving as co-executive producer on The Tax Collector, directed by David Ayer and starring Shia LaBeouf. He also served as executive producer on the Academy Award-nominated The Trial of the Chicago 7, written and directed by Aaron Sorkin, and currently has multiple film and television projects in development.
Beyond acting and producing, Cody has built a presence in music and fashion. He co-wrote the double platinum single "Daydream" for K-pop group Monsta X and released his own single, "Novocaine Joyride." He has performed live for audiences of over 7,000, with more than 700,000 viewers online via pay-per-view. His work in fashion has included a cover feature in Man About Town, styled by Nicola Formichetti and photographed by Matthew Brookes.
Deeply committed to giving back, Cody is an ambassador for the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and Single Mothers Outreach, and serves as a board member for You Gotta Believe. His advocacy is rooted in his own experience in the foster care system, and he is passionate about inspiring young people to take ownership of their stories and futures.
Outside of his professional work, Cody is dedicated to fitness and athletic training, participating in activities including weight training, surfing, football, basketball, and Muay Thai, and enjoys cooking.
