Won the Williams-Byrne Bursary at the 2017 TriForce Film Festival, held at BAFTA, for the short film ABE, which he wrote, produced and starred in. He spent two years losing four stone for the role of a mentally ill recluse.
Stephen Uppal passed ABRSM Grade 5 Piano and continues to study classical piano, working towards the higher grades.
