Biography

John Benedy is known for Patrick Still Lives (1980), Provincia violenta (1978) and 7 Golden Women Against Two 07: Treasure Hunt (1966).

Because his birth name is Giovanni De Benedittis, he is often confused with the similarly named Giovanni Di Benedetto but they are two different actors.

Acted in many European photo novels, usually as a gangster or a spy in the Sadistik photo comics, which he discusses in the new documentary The Diabolikal Super-Kriminal.

Currently he lives on a ranch in Puglia, Southern Italy.
