Biography

Born in Detroit, Michigan -- A.C. holds a B.F.A. in Acting from the University of Central Florida Conservatory Theatre. His theatrical journey began after landing roles in two consecutive productions at the Orlando Repertory Theatre: "The Miracle Worker," where he portrayed Percy, and "You Can't Take It With You," playing Tony. These lead to his choice of UCF due to the personal encouragement from its faculty. A.C. gained critical acclaim for his role as Doaker in August Wilson's "The Piano Lesson," a performance that earned him and the production national recognition at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. The following year, he signed with Brevard Talent Group, one of Florida's premier talent agencies, and immediately booked his first feature film, "Blood Done Sign My Name," in which he portrayed Henry Dickie Morrow, a victim of a racial hate crime that ignited community activism. Recently, he's had a run of national commercials including Planet Fitness' campaign with Megan Thee Stallion -- directed by Calmatic, a run as the spokesperson for T-Mobile's T-Vision -- directed by Sam Mason, and MyVerizon, directed by Mike Warzin.
