Kristin is a senior entertainment executive specializing in global content. She has managed large teams spanning multiple territories, and is a producer of critically acclaimed film and television.

Kristin was recruited to join The North Road Company in April 2022, and moved to London to start the UK office. While she was at the Company, Kristin identified companies, talent, and projects for their international expansion by participating in due diligence, creative diligence, or M&A activity on companies being evaluated. Currently, she is in post-production on the company's first production BAD BOY, created by Ron Leshem (EUPHORIA) in Israel. Netflix has bought global rights to the show, along with the English speaking remake rights, She also is attached to produce 5 TV shows and 3 films that are currently in development at the company.

Kristin joined the company from AMC Networks, where she oversaw the programming, development, and production of innovative scripted series from all territories outside the U.S for AMC, and all scripted programming for SundanceTV and BBC America. She also oversaw all programming for niche streaming services Acorn TV, and SundanceNow. She identified potential international scripted projects, including returning series, limited series, co-productions, format adaptations, as well as developing international projects for AMC studios own networks and to bring to the broader marketplace. Kristin initially oversaw the sci-fi drama HUMANS, which ran for 3 seasons on AMC. Her next project was THE NIGHT MANAGER, based on the John LeCarre novel, which secured 12 Emmy nominations, and 3 Golden Globe wins for AMC.

Under Kristin's leadership, SundanceTV saw the premiere of TOP OF THE LAKE: CHINA GIRL the second season of the Jane Campion-helmed series. Kristin also brought MCMAFIA to AMC, LIAR and THE SPLIT to SundanceTV. She also steered non English language projects DEUTCHLAND 83/86, and GOMORRA.

She also oversaw two seasons of STATE OF THE UNION, a short form series written by Nick Hornby that won three Emmys, and LITTLE DRUMMER GIRL, starring Florence Pugh. Kristin also oversaw the global phenomenon KILLING EVE, which warranted many Emmy, Golden Globe, BAFTA, and Peabody awards. She also coproduced THIS IS GOING TO HURT and MOOD with the BBC.

Before AMC Networks, Jones was Chief Creative Officer for multi-platform digital studio Vuguru from 2010 to 2013, where she oversaw all creative, legal and financial aspects of development, production, post-production for 30 productions at the scripted content studio backed by Michael Eisner and Rogers Media. Additionally, Kristin was a founding advisor to Pluto TV which sold to Viacom in March 2019 for $340 million.

She managed more than 20 film projects, resulting in 11 Oscar® and nine Golden Globe® nominations, including Oscar winners TSOTSI and THE QUEEN, and NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN, and hits like BECOMING JANE, GONE BABY GONE.

Previously, she was vice president of production and European acquisitions for Buena Vista International in London from 1999 to 2005, overseeing projects such as CALENDAR GIRLS, and KINKY BOOTS, spawning the musical that won the 2013 Tony Award. She began her career as a film literary agent at ICM.
