Bonnie is an avid Home Cook. Often making elaborate meals for her friends and family.

Bonnie has 9 tattoos. Including one for her Maternal Grandmother. The Apple Blossom tattoo for her maw-maw is located on the top of her left foot.

Bonnie Allen is a known clogger. She learned as a child from her family. Her mother and extended family were once a traveling clogging square dance team that performed at county fairs.

Bonnie Allen is a classically trained actress who spent 5 years with a Shakespearean Theater Company located in Asheville, NC. During her tenure at Montford Park Players she served on their board of directors till her resignation in Jan of 2014.

You can sit around and have a contest on who's had a harder life. What truly matters is recognizing in yourself the journey you took to climb back on that horse. During that journey how did you treat people? Did you come out with more compassion and empathy. How will you use your story to heal yourself and others? Once you've climbed back on that horse it's the journey forward that defines the content of your character.
