Tony Cárdenas was born on March 31, 1963 in San Fernando, California, USA. He is an actor, known for Migrant Child Farmworkers to High-Profile Professionals, The Business of Amateurs (2016) and CNN Newsroom (1989). He is married to Norma Rodriguez. They have four children.

U.S. Representative from California (2013-), representing the eastern San Fernando Valley including Van Nuys and part of North Hollywood.

Member of the Los Angeles City Council (2003-2013).
