Biography

Reidar Wasenius was born on January 15, 1967 in Grankulla, Finland. He is an actor, known for Noin viikon studio (2018), Krissen vaaligrilli (2011) and Voimala (2003).

Reidar works as a Professional Voice since 1979, currently in Finnish, Swedish, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Latin, Dutch and Russian. His voice is arguably heard by more people in the world than any other Finnish voice. He is the Voice of the Finnish telecomms operator Telia since 1992. Thus, it's been heard by millions of people calling within, to and out of Finland since 1992. His voice is also heard by millions every year on board the trains of the Finnish National Railway operator VR since 2014. Furthermore, there is a growing number of automated telephone services of major Finnish organizations that use his voice. Besides also doing voice-overs for videos and multimedia presentations, Reidar's voice is increasingly being used in computer games.
