When approached to cast Ryan Dunn in his film Booted (2011), Shaun Paul Costello was hesitant until seeing him act in Living Will (2010). Shaun Paul then wrote an additional scene for Ryan Dunn and did the res-hoot a year later. Ryan flew in from LA right off a very intense media tour for his newest film Jackass3. Then a few months later both Ryan and Shaun Paul were cast in Close-up (2011).
