Mitch was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles. He is Filipino-American. His mother comes from Marinduque and his father is from Batanagas, both from the Philippines. He strives to deliver memorable performances. He is best known from his work on NBC's The Good Place as Donkey Doug, Jason Mendoza's father.

Although he played Manny Jacinto's father on The Good Place. Mitch is only 3 years older than Manny. Special FX makeup was applied to him on set to make him appear older.
