Biography

An actor and producer known for heavy emotional draw, Dylan Hobbs's most widely recognized role may be Cyrus in Joker Rising (2013). Hobbs recently starred in the Western feature The Bounty Men (2022), playing Daniel King, a retired militia man turned bounty man in this post-civil war film. In the Western film Skull Rock (2018), his portrayal of Boone Blackpool, an epileptic rancher set in 1881, helped the film be chosen to screen at the Independent Filmmakers Showcase in Los Angeles, as well as the Cannes Film Festival. Hobbs recently starred in and executive produced The Clause, in which he portrays Danny Helm, a hard-edged assassin for hire.

Dylan Hobbs attended Purdue University earning a B.A. majoring in health & fitness and theater. After college, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Hobbs has been a SAG-AFTRA member since 2011 and a graduate of the 2nd City Conservatory (2017) in Hollywood. In addition to acting and comedy improvisation, Hobbs is a certified fitness coach and enjoys jiu-jitsu, baseball, boxing, yoga, working out, and shooting pool.
