Biography

Dick Williams was born on June 7, 1926 in Wall Lake, Iowa, USA. He was an actor, known for The Steve Lawrence Show (1965), The Mystery of Natalie Wood (2004) and The Julie Andrews Hour (1972). He was married to Barbara. He died on May 5, 2018 in Burbank, California, USA.

He served in the U.S. Merchant Marine during WWII, along with his brother Don.

Brother of Andy Williams, Bob Williams, and Don Williams. Former brother-in-law of Claudine Longet. Uncle of David Williams and Andrew Williams.

Uncle of Noelle Williams, Christian Williams and Bobby Williams.

After the Williams Brothers broke up their act in 1953, he sang with Harry James' band, made TV appearances, performed on Broadway, and sang on dozens of commercials. He did choral arrangements for his brother Andy, Steve Lawrence & Edye Gorme, and Julie Andrews.

Don is the sole surviving member of the Williams Brothers. Bob died in 2003, and Andy died in 2012.
