Kaoru Ookubo, also known as Kimyou na Kankei, is a Japanese arranger, composer, musician, orchestrator and keyboardist. He is a part of the sound production studio Popholic. He is also the producer of Chinhoza from TOKYO PINK along with Oomori Seiko. Once had the title "god of anison" in the mid-2000s.

Okubo Kaoru is a Japanese music composer and arranger mostly known for his musical contributions to anime. He has arranged many Hello! Project songs since 2006, especially those of Morning Musume. Okubo Kaoru was born in Osaka, Japan to a trumpeter father. He began piano at age 5. After hearing Prince at age 18, he was inspired to compose and arrange music. He made his debut as a composer in 1995.
