Biography

Stephanie Saji is a multicultural actor with Japanese-Norwegian roots. With decades of experience spanning film, TV, voiceover, print, runway, music, theatre, improv & most recently stand up.

In addition to performing her own stunts after fight training, Stephanie is a singer/songwriter, creating original music as one of her creative practices. Her haunting rendition of "Clementine" can be heard in opening credits of the short film "Cured".

Behind the camera Stephanie has experience in costume design, HMU, assistant directing, and writing.

In addition to the blessing of being a mother, Stephanie works in domestic and sexual violence, including trafficking. Her work with survivors focuses on reconnection to one's compass-through the restoration and fortification of safety, agency, capacity, and resources. This includes advancing access to dignified, sustainable, and safe housing to prevent and interrupt homelessness for families impacted by violence.
