  • Suffered a miscarriage in 2007 during her marriage to Damien Perez and she never had children later until her death 10 years later.
  • She was the eldest of three sisters born to Angkasa Jaya, who played football for a club in Bandar Lampung city, and Sri Wulansih, who played women's football for Caprina Cijantung Club in Jakarta. Julia's biological father, Angkasa Jaya, was arrested in 2012 for alleged possession of drugs. He died in December 2013.
  • In 2014, she revealed she had been diagnosed with Stage 2 cervical cancer. By 2016, the cancer had reached Stage 4 and she died on June 10, 2017 at the National Center General Hospital at age 36.
