- Reza Dormishian is a prominent Iranian filmmaker known for the formal and thematic boldness of his socially engaged work. His films, including *I’m Not Angry!*, *Lantouri*, and *No Choice*, have been presented at major international film festivals such as the Berlinale, Karlovy Vary, Tokyo, and Shanghai, and have received numerous international awards, including the Asia Pacific Screen Award. His work is distinguished by a distinctive visual language, formal experimentation, and a strong engagement with contemporary social and political realities. Dormishian is a co-founder of the Association for the Support of Acid Attack Victims in Iran and has produced works by the late Iranian filmmaker Dariush Mehrjui.
