Paula Bernstein was born on 9 October 1968 in Staten Island, New York. She is a producer and director, known for Hello from Nowhere (2021), Sole Doctor (2018) and Mall Town (2025). She has been married to Anthony V. Orkin since 2000. They have two children.

She was featured in the documentary &quot;Three Identical Strangers,&quot; without her consent. She and her twin sister, Elyse Schein, co-wrote the book &quot;Identical Strangers: A Memoir of Twins Separated and Reunited&quot; (Random House, 2007).
