Biography

Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and raised in Boston before migrating to New York, Luc Stephen is a multifaceted creator, writer, producer, and director. He began his journey in the entertainment industry in 2007 with a role in BET's series "American Gangster," later serving as a consultant for the show. In 2012, he founded Second Chance Enterprises, focusing on film production.

Luc has produced several notable films, including "Sin" (2025) a psychological thriller featuring Academy Award winner Louis Gossett Jr., and "Better Than My Last," starring Hassan Johnson. He has also worked on documentaries such as "The Supreme Truth" executive produced by Mike Tyson, Irv Gotti, and "Born to Box," with Curtis Scoon as executive producer. Directing Self Destruction," and co-directing role in "C.R.E.A.M." setting the stage for directing the international film "Redeemed" starring Malik Yoba, and Jacinth Headlam showcasing his versatility in filmmaking. To date he has formed a formidable comradeship with Adrian Tru Toscano producing such hits as "Will You Marry Me", "Glo", "Trapped in Temptation", "Heartbreak and Homicide". " Secret Desires", and the series "More Than Friends"

He is Presently a sub distributor with 1919 Distributions. Beyond filmmaking, he is an author, with works such as "The Power Within" "She loves Me She Loves Me Not' the latter being adapted into a screenplay
