Rachael Turk

Rachael is a Australian Writers Guild 'Monte Miller Award' winning screenwriter and experienced development producer, who wrote on the Netflix global sensation 'My Brilliant Career' (2026) which hit #1 in Australia and #2 worldwide. She also co-created 'Sunshine' (the 2017 SBS crime/drama that won the AWG, ADG and AACTA Awards for Best Miniseries, and was nominated for a Monte Carlo TV Award) and 'The Principal' (2015, selected for Séries Mania and acquired by Netflix). A former journalist, she was the Publishing Editor of Australia's insider trade press 'Inside Film' from 2003-2008, working with David Michôd, Jen Peedom, Angie Fielder and Polly Staniford. She has multiple series and feature films in development.
