Biography

Kitt was the Artistic Director of The CRY HAVOC Company, a New York City new play development company he co-founded from 1997-2019.

Kitt is the only playwright ever to have their plays performed on all seven continents during their lifetime (including at the Rothera Research Station in Antarctica).

Kitt is Associate Professor of Acting and Directing at NSKI Høyskole (The Norwegian Actors College) in Oslo and Assistant Professor of Acting and Directing at the Dobbins Conservatory of Theatre and Dance at Southeast Missouri State University.

Kitt is the Artistic Director of the Lanford Wilson New American Play Festival.
