NB Mager is a Brooklyn-based multi-national filmmaker who makes whip-smart, socially conscious comedy. Her Oscar-qualifying short film Run Amok won several awards during its 2023 festival run and is now a Vimeo Staff Pick. The feature script for this project, now in development, was a quarter-finalist for the Academy Nicholl and Final Draft Big Break prizes. It was also a second rounder for the Sundance Screenwriting Lab. Her web anthology series, Quarantine, I Love You, screened in the 2020 Sundance Film Festival's Beyond Film program, presented by mamafilm. Her films have won awards from the Nation Board of Review, New York Women in Film and Television, and festivals around the country.
